Position: Entry level consulting & testing services for construction/environmental remediation projects.

Qualifications: Open to all students and graduates in the environmental, engineering, architectural, health and safety, construction management, or other science/construction related disciplines. Over fifty (50) positions available.

Location: Various construction/environmental remediation sites throughout Nassau & Suffolk. Interns responsible for their own transportation to work sites.

Training: Interns provided with training and NYS DOL/DOH certification.

Benefits: Interns will gain experience in reading and interpreting blueprints/drawings, bidding documents and project management for large construction/environmental projects.Interns gain valuable independent working skills as well as professional communication experience with several parties thoughtout a project. Many of our full time staff are hired directly from the pool of interns and many of our interns return for additional seasons of experience.

Schedule: Project schedules are determined by contractor timelines and client needs, many run 24/7 throughout the summer. To be successful at this internship candidates should have general open availability and be open to flexibility and varying weekly schedules.
